What the equipment is for
TY-V520 is a vertical packaging machine for automatic dosing and film packaging. It can be integrated with weighing, conveying and quality inspection.
Suitable products and packaging
The materials list crisps, crackers, confectionery, pistachios, sugar, rice, pulses, apple slices, pet food and small baked goods. The machine works with pillow bags or gusseted bags.
Technical parameters
The frame is made from 304 stainless steel. Control is based on a SIEMENS PLC and the machine has a Slovak user interface.
Delivery and service
We design delivery around the product, required speed and packaging format, including commissioning, training and service. The design considers cleaning, service access and future line expansion.
