What this website stores
serbas-privacy-v1 (localStorage, operated by SERBAS): stores your permission or refusal for YouTube and Google Maps, the settings version and the time of your choice. It is used only to respect your preferences, not for tracking. It is valid for 180 days. After it expires, the services are blocked and we ask you to choose again. You can also remove the record in your browser settings.
If your browser does not allow storage, your choice applies only to the current page and we will ask again on your next visit. The setting applies to this browser and domain, not automatically to other devices or domains.
Website language
When you enter through a URL without a language prefix, we use the connection country supplied by Netlify: Slovakia and Czechia → Slovak; other or unknown countries → English. This is an estimate based on the IP address, not your device’s precise location. With a VPN, it may reflect the VPN server’s country. URLs starting with /sk/ or /en/ open that language directly.
The essential cookie serbas-language stores only your manually selected language (sk or en) for 180 days. It respects your selection on future entry to the website. It is not used for tracking and does not require allowing videos or maps. Change the language using SK / EN in the header; you can delete the cookie in your browser.
Optional services
Umami visitor analytics: once separately allowed, the tracker loads from the server umami.matase.sk. It may send the visited URL, referring page and browser technical data to measure traffic. Before consent, the tracker does not load. Withdrawing consent removes it and blocks further sending. The Umami service configuration determines the retention period.
YouTube videos: once allowed, a player is embedded from youtube-nocookie.com in privacy-enhanced mode. This does not guarantee that no data is processed. Google receives technical information when you connect and may use cookies or similar storage when you use the player. YouTube information about embedded videos.
Google Maps: once allowed, an interactive map is loaded. Google receives connection information and may use cookies or other identifiers to operate the map and for other purposes described in its policies.
For both services, the data collected and the names and lifetimes of cookies may vary depending on Google, your sign-in status and settings. Google provides details in its cookie policy and privacy policy. These services may involve processing outside the EEA. Before consent, this website does not load their players, maps or remote previews.
How to give or withdraw consent
You can reject or allow all optional services with equal ease in the privacy notice. You can allow them individually in the settings. The button beside a blocked video or map allows that service across this website for the validity of your choice. Browsing, scrolling or closing the settings does not constitute consent.
Using Privacy settings in the footer, you can withdraw consent at any time. After you save your choice, existing players or maps are removed and no further ones are loaded. Withdrawal does not erase data already received by Google or its existing cookies; you can manage these in your browser and Google account. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
The external links “Open on YouTube” and “Open in Google Maps” also work without consent to embedding. Clicking them takes you to Google's service, where its policies apply. The catalog, local images and enquiry submission work without allowing these services.
